Shipping Policy

This Yankee Candle policy explains the customer terms that apply to US orders.

US shipping

We ship only to addresses in the United States. Standard Shipping is free for US orders. Orders are generally processed in 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. After dispatch, standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days.

Tracking and address updates

Tracking information is sent to the email used for the order after shipment. Check your delivery address carefully. If it is incorrect, contact us promptly; an address change cannot be guaranteed once a parcel has shipped.

Delivery issues

Carrier estimates are not absolute delivery guarantees. If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost, or a delivery is damaged or incorrect, contact us with the order and tracking information so we can investigate and provide appropriate support.
